Villa Portakal. Calis Beach Fethiye Turkey Available to rent for holidays all year round Villa Portakal is a 3 storey villa set in a quiet residential area of Calis Beach Nr Fethiye Turkey. The beach holiday resort of Calis Beach is in a beautiful and unspoiled part of south west Turkey on the Turquoise coast. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the villa combine to make the 3 bed roomed accommodation that is available for rental. A further 2 people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the lounge, so the villa will sleep 8 altogether. The villa is well equipped including TV, DVD, CD, Satellite TV Receiver, Microwave, Oven & Hob, Toaster, Iron & Board, inflatables, etc. All linen and towels are provided. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. Villa Portakal has it's own 6m pool which is shared with the ground floor apartment (when occupied) There are plenty of loungers and seating. The villa has large balconies and a front patio & small garden and drive for the car. The 3rd floor consists of a very large double bedroom with beautiful en-suite bathroom and large roof terrace with mountain and small sea view.
The villa is situated 5 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the centre of the resort. The vibrant town of Fethiye is 10 minutes away by car or dolmus bus or alternatively you can take the river boat taxi which takes you via river & sea and takes around 20 minutes. There is a water fun park 5 minutes walk from the villa. Calis beach is a fairly quiet resort, there are about 30 shops, and a similar number of restaurants mostly along the sea front. Most serve really excellent food, particularly the delicious lamb shanks at the Orient restaurant! There are 2 discos in the resort centre.
One of the highlights of Calis Beach is sitting in a bar or restaurant watching the sun slowly set over the sea and mountains. This is often a stunning spectacle.
